How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your Blursh and cosmetics right to your door.
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your products, but if you need to return an item, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the hygiene seal is intact.
Are Made By Mitchell products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of production.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We are so sorry to hear this. Please email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
